The live reading will appear here as soon as the latest engine dataset is available. The explainer below remains useful at all times.

How to read the model

The stack ranks influence, not excitement.

Every driver is placed in a deliberate order so the page explains the forces behind gold rather than simply chasing the latest chart move. The live panel above shows today’s readings; this guide explains how to interpret them.

Priority

Order matters

Macro, liquidity and physical-demand forces sit above chart momentum. A lower-ranked driver can still matter, but it should not dominate the conclusion on its own.

Direction

Support versus pressure

Positive scores support precious metals; negative scores apply pressure. Neutral readings are kept visible so a quiet driver is not mistaken for missing data.

Conviction

Score is not a forecast

The score describes the current balance of evidence. It is not a price target and it does not promise that the market will move immediately.

A simple worked example

If real yields are falling and the dollar is weakening, those two high-priority supports can outweigh a mildly overbought chart. If yields then reverse higher, the stack changes before the long-term gold story necessarily changes.

  • Start with the top three drivers.
  • Check whether the strongest pressure offsets the leading support.
  • Use confidence and freshness before treating a small score as decisive.
